Ingredients:
1 Box Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can Creamed Corn
2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the cans of corn, the corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter
2) Pour into a greased pan (we like to use a preheated cast iron skillet).
3) Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown
4) Remove from oven (if desired, you can sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and put back in oven for an additional 10 minutes)
5) Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!
