Ingredients:
– Enough fresh green beans to accompany your meal
– Several cloves of minced garlic (this depends on how much you like garlic…we usually use 6 cloves for a gallon bag of beans)
– 2-3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1) Place green beans in a gallon zipper bag
2) Add garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Seal the bag and shake until all the beans are coated.
3) Allow to marinade for a minimum of 15 minutes, up to several hours.
4) Preheat over to 400 degrees. Place beans in a single layer on a sheet pan.
5) Bake for 10 minutes, stir and bake another 10 minutes. (Personal preference, cook until beans are as charred as you like)
